Brief Description: Fitting and installation of upholstery
Installed the F-1207F Baggage Bulkhead Corrugation, F-1229 Baggage Floor and F-00081 Baggage Floor Cover so I can fit and place the interior upholstery. Installed the RV-12 B3 carpet on the left side of the baggage fuselage. Temporarily installed the RV 12 B2 panel on the lower part of the Baggage Bulkhead Corrugation. Tried to fit the RV-12 B1 panel on the upper part of the baggage bulkhead and I could not get the right side to pass past the T-01219C Fuel Vent Line. The panel was made before the Fuel Vent Line became a standard part of the plans. The panel is not really bendable. I even cut a slot for the fuel vent line. I may not be able to use this panel. Placed the RV-12 B4 carpet over the fuel tank and did a trial fit. Cut a hole for the Moeller fuel gauge and enlarged the hole for the T-1211 Fuel Neck Flange to accommodate the fuel vent line that is outboard of the flange. Installed the Velcro tapes on the fuel tank to hold the carpet in place.
33-02: Temporarily installed the F-1227 Seat Ramp Cover so I can trial fit the seats. Installed the Velcro tapes on the seat backs and seat ramps (to hold the seats in place) that don’t have to be removed for inspection.
