Brief Description:  Fuselage and Avionics wiring correction

31-07: Cut the L466 (YEL/PRP) wire from the AP DC Switch and connected the WB-B179 Cockpit Light Power Wire to one end via a butt splice. Crimped the other end to the butt splice. This is not in the instructions for the SV-AP Knob Panel upgrade but it was in the electrical schematic modified by other RV-12 builders who did the SV AP Knob upgrade with the conversion harness. Connected the WH-B180 Cockpit Ground Wire to the L467 (YEL/GRN) wire from the AP-DC Switch using a butt splice. Removed the WH-F79 and WF-F78 wires which are part of the old AP connector from the RV-12 Optional d-sub connector. Cut and removed the old AP connector. Covered the wire ends with heat shrink tubing and tie wrapped to the harness.

PAP G1-1: Connected the various harnesses to their respective modules except for the Com harness. Tested the Nav/Strobe fuse slot for short and none was noted. Connected the battery cable and re-checked the Nav/Strobe fuse for short. The fuse did not blow when the Nav/Strobe or Nav switch is pressed. The red eyeball light lights up when either the Nav/Strobe or Nav switch is on.

31B-24 and 42-11: Applied tie wraps around the wires going to the right fuselage floating connector and the right head set jack. Installed the F-00034 - Right Wing Electrical Bracket and the right F-00032 Fuselage Side Cover.

42C-02: Removed the screws to the Control Module and re-installed after applying blue Loctite on the threads. Re-installed the RZ944 wire pin to position 28 (Audio Ground) of the EFIS d-sub connector.
