PAP-G1: Rechecked all the brake line connections for leaks and did not see any.
33-03: Installed the F-00103 Baggage Bulkhead Corrugation Corner (which I fabricated) and the F-00083 Aft Baggage Floor in preparation of Fuel Tank installation.
51-03: Applied the minimum fuel for takeoff sticker at the bottom forward of the fuel tank sight glass.
37-09: Installed the fuel tank and connected the fuel lines at the bottom of the tank, Applied Loctite 567 on the threads. Trimmed 1 cm from the T-01219C Fuel Vent Line, flared the end and connected to the tank. Applied Boelube around the fueling hole in the right Fwd Turtle Deck Skin. Applied fuel tank sealant on the flange of the T-1211 Fuel Neck and attached it to the right Fwd Turtle Deck Skin. Connected the WH-Q428 Fuel Sender Wire to the IE-385 Fuel Sender on the tank. Reinstalled the ELT back on its case. It was removed to facilitate installation of the fuel tank.
34-10 and 34-12: Re-installed the C-1205-1 Latch Block and the C-1212 Guide Blocks on the Roll Bar.
