Manual Reference:  PAP-G1
Brief Description:  Brake line bleeding, trimmed prop gap fillers

PAP G1: Redid purging the brake lines. It went smoother this time. After stepping hard on the brake pedals, I noted slight leakage around two of the brass fittings in the master cylinders. Will think about this step for now and I may have to reinstall the fittings in the master cylinders.

Applied torque seal on the lock nuts of the various pushrod controls.

42M-06: Installed the AV-17 Com Antenna Bent. I installed the optional nutplates and did not have to use the hex nuts , washers and reinforcing plate.

47-06: Uninstalled the prop and the Spinner Plate so I could trim the S-1202C Gap Fillers some more. Their forward edges are too close to the prop. Sanded approximately 1/32 to 1/16 from the Gap Fillers.

47-03: Reinstalled the Spinner Plate, prop, hub mount and the S-1203-1 Front Spinner Bulkhead.
