Brief Description: Installed propeller and another spacer
32-14: Removed the F-1227 Seat Ramp Cover to recheck the position of the Stab Cables and they are correct. This is for me to make sure that the cause of the high cable tension is not due to wrong cable location or position.
47-03: Re-installed the propeller in preparation of setting the prop pitch. Placed a second spacer behind the S-1202 Spinner Plate to have a little more clearance between the Cowl and Spinner. Replaced the AN5-15A bolts that attach the Hub Mount Half and Spinner Plate to the prop shaft with AN5-16A bolts so there will be at least 2 threads beyond the edge of the nuts. Torqued the bolts to 18 ft-lbs. Installed the Cowl and Spinner to check the gap between the 2 parts. I now have 8/32 (1/4) to 9/32 space between the Cowl and Spinner.
Marked the forward edge of the S-1202C Gap Fillers where I need to trim to have the prescribed clearance with the prop hubs.
