Decided to replace the F-1259H Fuel Return Line Aft because the original one had too many curves/bends from the fitting near the bulkhead and aft to the 90 degree bend to the right. It just did not look nice. It was not easy to removed the line nor to position the new one because the control rods are already in the way. After removing the clamps holding the F-1259F Fuel Line Tank and the F-1259H line I noticed the former to be loose at the connection with the Fuel Pump despite the nut/fitting being very tight. Not sure what the problem is but will ge new fittings and fabricate a new F-1259F line. I had cut aluminum tubing for the line but will wait for the new fittings before making the fuel line.
Secured the wires, cables and tube in the tunnel in the aft fuselage with the cushion clamp and bolted to the left of the Fuel Pump. It's too hot in the hangar to continue working and I also have to pack for Airventure 2015 (Oshkosh). I'm leaving early morning tomorrow.
