Brief Description: Positioned Flaperon Torque Tubes for drilling
Temporarily installed the Flap Detent Bracket Assembly and the WD-1213 Flap Handle in preparation for the installation and drilling the WD-1214 Flaperon Torque Tubes. Installed nylon grommets in the holes in the F-1273 Baggage Corner Skins. Placed an AN3 bolt in the F-1219 Flaperon Mixer Arms and the F-1213 Flaperon Mixer Bell Crank to lock them in place. Installed the wings and secured the spars with the WD-1217 Fuselage Pins. The A-1207 Actuation Brackets are not inserting flush into the WD-1214 Flaperon Torque Arms. May try putting lubricant or file the F-1251 Spacers to get them to fit well. Will drill holes in the torque tubes later. My wife, Diane, assisted with the installation of the wings.
