Temporarily attached the T-1211 Fuel Neck and the Fuel Cap, and plugged the fitting for the fuel tank vent. Installed a ballon over the VA-261 Fuel Strainer and attached the Fuel Air Tank Valve to the AN 832-4D bulkhead fitting using hose clamps. Pumped air into the tank until the balloon was inflated. Immersed the tank in soapy water to check for leaks. I did not see any leaks coming from the tank except at the connection between the hose and the AN 832-4D fitting and the Fuel Air Tank Valve. Tightening the hose clamps stopped the leaks.
