Retested the fuel tank for leaks. On 2/17/14 the balloon attached to the fuel strainer was partially deflated after 1 day. I still did not find any leak from the tank itself. The leaks were coming from between the hose and the fitting and the fuel air tank valve. Applied more thread sealant around the connections and tightened the hose clamps, and pumped air into the tank. After 2 days the balloon was still inflated and "firm." This confidently confirms that the tank is leak free.
