Brief Description: Installed Fuel Tank Vent, Gauge and nutplates
37-03: Riveted 2 K-1000-3 to the Fwd Tank Bracket and the T-0008 and T-0009 Clips.
37-07: Bolted the Fuel Tank to the Fuselage and attached the T-1211 Fuel Neck to the tank and F-1277-R Fwd Turtle Deck Skin. Match-drilled holes into the flange of the fuel neck. Temporarily installed nutplates to the flange and drilled nutplates rivet attach holes. Countersunk the holes and then riveted 6 K-1000-06 nutplates. Bent the fuel neck flange a little bit to better conform to the curve fo the right Fwd Turtle Deck Skin.
37-06: Installed the Fluid Fitting for the Fuel Tank Vent and applied a generous amount of sealant. Also installed the IE-00001 Mechanical Fuel Gauge per the plans. Had to replace a few screws tnad nuts that would not set properly.
