Manual Reference:  SB 13-12-19, 37-06
Brief Description:  Fuel Tank Attach Modification

SB 13-12-19: Removed more cured sealant form the inner, lower forward corners of the fuel tank to allow the T-01220 Doublers to fit. Filed and radiused the doublers for a good fit. Match-drilled 2 holes into the inboard front of the tank using the T-01220A Doubler as a template. Final-drilled #19 three holes in the T-1205 Fwd Tank Bracket and countersunk one hole for the AN508-8R10 screw. Deburred the drilled holes in the tank and doublers. Positioned the doublers on the inside of the tank and riveted them and installed screws per the plans. Applied sealant to the mating surfaces and to the rivets and screws prior to installation. Replaced the rivets that were removed previously to aid the removal of the cured sealant from the inside corners of the tank. Applied fresh sealant in the inside corners (lower front) of the tank as recommended in the plans.

37-02 (Rev 4) and SB 11-12-14: Riveted the T-00008 Inboard Clip and T-00009 Outboard Clip to the tank. Applied sealant to the shanks of the rivets prior to installation.

37-06: Final drilled #19 the holes in the top of the tank for the mechanical fuel gauge and deburred the holes.

SB 11-12-14 and SB 13-12-19 are pretty much complete except for the installation of the 2 nutplates to the Fwd Tank Bracket and re-installing the T-1209 Sender Plate. I still have to install the fuel vent fitting and the mechanical fuel gauge before closing the tank.
