Trimmed the Canopy Fairing and sanded the edges to conform with the templates. Trial fitted it and it seems to bulge at the sides. Therefore, I sanded the Canopy Foams again and then brushed with epoxy.
The Canopy sticks and catches when it is opened. It seems the C-1206 Guide Plates catch the edge of the holes in the F-1254 Support Frames. Removed the C-1207 Guide Blocks and filed the holes in the Support Frames. Also chamfered/radiused the outer edges of the C-1212 Guide Blocks some more. The Canopy opens easier but I still have to "shake" and move it side to side for it to open.
