Brief Description: Scuffed canopy and skirt, marked fairing for trimm
Cut the Canopy Masking Guide Templates, taped them over the Canopy and Fuselage and joined them with a sheet of paper. Put electrical tape on the canopy aft of the canopy fairing template. Scuffed the areas where the canopy fairing will be glued. Applied epoxy/flox mixture on the shelf above the canopy foams. Brushed epoxy on the outside surface of the foams.
Placed the template over the fairing that I had bought from Viking Aircraft and marked the edges for trimming.
Made a bludgeon from a 3/4 X 3 X 12 piece of wood that I'll use to joggle the fuel lines before installing the flaperon handle. Saw this in one of the older RVator newsletter
