Trimmed the forward edge of the Canopy with a rotary cutting wheel and used a variety of files to smooth the edges. This was very slow work – being careful not to ruin this expensive part. Placed the Canopy back on the Frame and secured with duct tape. Many of the #40 holes I had drilled in the forward bow of the frame are not in the proper position. With the Canopy firmly pressed against the forward bow I drilled alternate holes into the Canopy and Frame. I will cover the wrong holes with epoxy later. Match-drilled holes into the rear of the Canopy and aft of the Frame. Match-drilled holes in the left side of the Canopy Frame and the left C-1202 Canopy Skirt. Will do the other side next week.
