– Placed the C-1211 Align Blocks between the Canopy Frame and the Roll Bar and placed several clamps to maintain the correct distance per the plans. Fluted the Canopy Attach Angles (F-1203A and F-1203B) to conform to the bend of the sides of the Canopy Frame. Match-drilled holes into the Frame and deburred the holes. Riveted the Angles to the Frame. Placed the Canopy on the Frame and drilled #40 holes in the front bow of the Frame. Marked lines on the forward and sides of the Canopy for trimming to meet the specifications in the plans. Trimmed some of the edges using a rotary cutting wheel and filed the edges. This was slow work and a lot of dust created during cutting. Will continue with the canopy work tomorrow.
