31A-04 to 31A-06. After multiple attempts with threading wires from the left wing root to the Extension (wing tip), I was finally successful. Crimped female Molex pins to the outboard ends of the WH-B203 and WH-B318 wires and then snapped the pins into the Molex connector housing. Removed the red and yellow wires from the female Molex connector housing and crimped male Molex pins onto each wire. Snapped the pins into the female Molex housing to match with the wires in the Male connector housing. Riveted the W-00028 Doubler Plates to the W-1208 Nose Ribs (left and right). Screwed ES-00081 Standoffs to the left Nose Rib. Inserted the crimped Floating Connector pins in the left wing root into the ES-00078 Floating 8 Pos Connector Male. Secured the latter with screws. Connected the Ground Wire to the left Nose Rib. Installed the left Wing Tip Light.
Started work on the right wing tip extension. I cut in the extension below the Light Mount Bracket to make it easier to pull new wires through the wing. As I did with the left wing, I used the WH-B212 wire to pull 2 lines from the wing tip to the wing root. I had problems pulling the other wires (line getting disconnected somewhere inside the wing) and had to repeat the process multiple times. It's been a long working day and stopped before finishing installing all of the wire upgrades to the right wing.
