Brief Description: Fabricated flight control parts
32-04 to 32-06: Fabricated 2 Control Stick Pushrod Assemblies by cutting two pieces of aluminum tubing (AT6-058 X 5/16), enlarging both end holes to #3 and then tapping to 1/4-28. Installed bearings to each end per the plans. Fabricated 2 Flaperon Pushrod Assemblies from AT6-058 X 3/4 tubing by drilling holes into each end and match-drilling and riveting hardware to each end.
43-04: Match-drilled #19 holes in the F-1214 Step Floor Cover using the Tunnel Pocket and Pocket Base as templates. Match-drilled #40 holes for nutplate rivet attach holes. Dimpled the nutplate attach holes and then riveted nutplates to the Cover.
42C-05: Countersunk holes in the 3 instrument panels for flush-head screws.
