Brief Description: Installed the Flap Handle/Pushrod Assembly
32-04: Bolted the Flap Handle/Pushrod Assembly with the F-1262 Flap Handle Blocks to the inboard seat ribs. Bolted together the F-1219A & B Flaperon Mixer Arms, the F-1263A & B Flaperon Mixer Bellcranks and the Flap Handle Pushrod. I had to replace the rod-end bearing in the Flap Handle Pushrod with the correct size. I realized I had installed the wrong part when the AN 4 bolt would not fit in the eye of the bearing
32-07: Fabricated the F-1260A Flap Handle tube and match-drilled holes per the plans. Riveted the Fork Assembly to the Flap Handle Tube. Also installed a small bolt and secured it with a cotter pin.
42C-05: Deburred the mating edges fo the instrument panels to create adequate gaps for powder coating. I had to remove a lot of material.
