Brief Description: Installed headset jacks and power outlet
Drilled a hole for the OAT Probe on the left side of the fuselage. Did not install the probe so I could still turn the fuselage on its left side for the wiring and cabling work. Installed the ES AS212 12 Volt Power Outlet and the audio jack above it. Made the WH-B54 Power Outlet Ground and attached it to the negative terminal of the outlet. Made the WH-B148 Power Outlet Positive wire and attached it to the outlet. Installed the pilot side headset jacks and routed the wires to the tunnel between the seats. Decided to install the optional output to a video camera. Therefore, I drilled a 1/4 inch into the right Seat Ramp Floor. However, I still have to get a jack and resistors before I can continue. Spent additional time with the Spar Pins. The pin stoppers get stuck in the retracted position. I'm not sure if some of the Loctite thread locker got into the tube. Applied muiltiple sprays of WD-40 and moved the stoppers up and down. They're moving better but still get stuck when depressed to their lowest position.
