Brief Description: Replaced bolt in Torque Arm, Clecoed TC to Fuse
I was able to cut the bolt connecting the right Flaperon Pushrod Assembly to the WD-1215 Right Flaperon Torque Arm but it took a long time. Used small saws with metal cutting blades. Cleaned the dirt from the Fuselage and reconnected the 2 parts using new hardware. Followed the bolt orientation recommended in 44A-03 because I have an AP Servo installed on the left side.
Attached (clecoed) the Tailcone to the Fuselage. I was able to do it by myself using adjustable saw horses and moving the pieces towards each other in small increments. It did take a long time, though. Riveted the F1284 Shear Clips to the F-1207C Baggage Bulkheads. Clecoed the F-1207E Shoulder Strap Lugs to the top front part of the TC. Will rivet the Lugs and the TC to the Fuse tomorrow. Organized the wire bundles and tube in the tunnel behind the roll bar and behind the Baggage Bulkhead and secured with zip ties and lacing tape.
