Brief Description: Put brass insert in brake line & moved airplane pa
Tried again to insert the brass insert into a main brake line. This time, after several soaks in boiling water, I was successful. Secured the main brake lines to the right Tunnel Rib using a cushion clamp and secured the ends to the left brake cylinders. Started work on Section 29, Fwd Upper Fuselage, and cut aluminum hinge to make F-12116 Mid Cowl Hinges and deburred the edges. Spent 1.5 hours on the above work. The next 2 hours I spent rearranging stuff in the garage. I had ordered the Finishing Kit and delivery is planned in the 2nd week of July. I expect 2 large crates and need space for them. After a lot of repositioning of things in the garageI was able to hang the flaperons to the ceiling beside the horizontal stabilator.
