Cut an AN257-P3 piano hinge to make the Upper Cowl Hinges (F-1201J and F-1201K). Dimpled holes in the F-1201P Firewall Spacers, F-1201A Firewall Upper, nutplates, F-1201H Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler and F-1201R Antenna Shelf. Countersunk the nutplate attach holes in the Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler. Deburred and primed the above parts except for the Firewall which does not need to be primed. Riveted the Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler to the Firewall Upper and nutplates. Riveted one hole of the nutplates to the Firewall and the Firewall Spacers. Riveted 2 nutplates to the Antenna Shelf.
