Brief Description: Fabricated bending tool and deburred parts
Fabricated a bending tool for the tabs in the W-1204D Wing Tip Close-out using a piece of 1/2 X 2 inch piece of wood. Deburred the access opening and the edges of the Wing Tip Close-out. The edges of the access opening were very rough and needed major deburring using different files, a small sanding wheel and scotch brite pad.
