Brief Description: Bent the Close-out tabs and trimmed Extension
Bent the the tabs of the Left Wing Tip Close-out using the bending tool I made yesterday. I measured the angles using a digital angle meter I got from Harbor Freight. I over bent most of them because I was measuring the angles from the inside. I found this out when I tried to fit the Close-out to the wing. I ended up using a cheap protractor and it worked well. Primed the Close-out after the tabs were properly bent. Trimmed the W-1222 Extension close to the scribe line and filed the edges. I thought I was done until I tried to fit it and it won't. I did not realize there is another scribe line in the upper flange. I will trim this edge and finish this part tomorrow. Clecoed the W-1204H-L Wing tip Trailing Edge to the wing and match-drilled the 6 holes.
