Brief Description:  Baggage Bulkhead Corrugation and AOA mods

Continuing with the baggage bulkhead modification. Final-drilled #30 the rivet holes in the bulkhead and angles. Final-drilled #19 the nutplate screw holes. Cut a rectangular piece from the right lower corner of the bulkhead. Used snips to cut the edge but most of the cutting was done with a rotary cutting tool. Deburred the edges and holes. Drilled #40 holes for the nutplate rivets. Countersunk the #40 holes. Riveted the K1000-08 nutplates on the angles and then primed the angles.

AOA modification: Started to secure the ball needle inflator on the left wing which will be the AOA probe. Tried putting fuel tank sealant on the inside of the wing and around the needle but made a mess. I accidentally touced the tip of the needle with my fingers which had sealant. Decided to abort and removed the tank sealant from the wing and needle. I might just place one of the rivets used to make the static openings which will eliminate the need for glue to attach the ball needle inflator. However, I will need to drill a larger hole in the wing and use a larger tubing to connect the rivet to the Tygon tubing.
