Brief Description:  Work on Baggage Bulkhead, TC, N14-05-14

Riveted the angles to the small piece that was cut from the baggage bulkhead corrugation. Sanded the edge of the larger piece to widen the gap between the 2 pieces.

AOA Mod: Decided to use an SD-12-BSLF rivet as the probe/port for the AOA. Connected a piece of 1/8 clear tubing to the shop head of the rivet and the other end to the Tygon tubing. Applied clear RTV sealant around the connections.

31-04: Replaced the ES421-0107 terrminal on the WHT wire from the FT-60 Fuel Flow Sensor. The crimp in the original one did not capture the insulation will likely not last very long.

25-02: Bent the tabs in the forward part of the Tailcone and deburred the edges. This is in preparation for attachment of the Tailcone to the Fuselage.

Notification 14-05-14: Inspected the HS-1204 Fwd Inbd Ribs and no cracks were noted.

Inspected the upholstery pieces I have for the interior which were still in their original boxes. It seems I ordered all the available options and I have pieces that will cover the entire interior. Everything still looks good. The stuff has been in the hangar for a few of years now.
