Another milestone, the installation of the first flight system! I was able to squeeze in the belly hatch and install the flaperon mixer, it was a bit of a tight working space to say the least. Not shown in the third picture is also the connection to the electric flap motor ram. It's all bolted up, I'll have to test in when I get an electrical system, wires connected, and the switch installed ;-)
The motor mounted in its tray and bracket fairly easily, looks kinds cool to walk by the plane and see a flight system installed :-) Good chance for snow the next day or two, so finishing off the fuselage in red paint is still on hold, but I'm got plenty more to do. I might be sitting in my plane make engine noises before too long!
