Brief Description: Aft battery box

After taking the previous week off for a family vacation, I continued with the construction of an aft batter box, located just under the access door on the pilot's side of the fuselage, just ahead of the horizontal stabilizer. I bought a Harbor Freight sheet metal bender on sale and began practicing my metal origami. I've really enjoyed the process of learning to design, fabricate, and install my own parts. I started this kit with zero knowledge and was easily intimidated by all the parts and pieces... now I feel comfortable with the process and confident in the kit construction.
The pics are probably very confusing... the best is perhaps the third pic. Try to visualize the battery support as it is located just under the tail access door. The camera is forward and right at the belly line. So now I've got three battery box locations ready to go... the original just behind the pilot, one mid way aft, and one all the way aft. After placing the batter and seeing how the CG works out, I can then choice to remove one or two, or leave them to potentially carry and small tool kit, tie downs, etc.
