After a disastrous start with the Windscreen bow provided by Sonex a second one wsa made according to the plans. Luckily I had purchased a spare 1/2" solid aluminum rod. The rod was bent according to SNX-D01. A 3/16" hole was drilled on each side as shown. The Bow was placed in the holes in the longerons, the holes were aligned, and a temporary screw was put through the hole in the longeron and windscreen bow. The Polycarbonate Windscreen was placed on the forward fuselage for a test fit.
