Prep for winshield install, the windshiel bow was wrapped with 1/4 foam and Hush tan marine vinyl. Piping was added after the wrap. The combined thicknes of the vinyl that will lie under the windscreen is right at 3/16 in . This will act as my thickness quage for the 3/16 thickness of the sika flex , the piping will also double as a seal and will help prevent the sika from squeezing in.
