Brief Description: cut strap slots in outboard end rib plates
marked slot location , cut slots both sides (left and right outboard plates. Also trimmed tails off inboard plates - origonally when I made the plates I made all 4 of them to the outboard profile - I did this so that " just incase" there was a problem ( murphy's law ) I could choose the two best for outboards and then later (today infact ) trim the other two down for inboards - Its way harder to add metal than shorten it !
