glued lower skin to right oter panel - panel was covered with damp towels for 48 hours prior to glueing . After the skin was placed and tack strips were applied the towels were placed back on until the T -88 had cured . The shop humidity was just in normal range.
The tip skin was applied at a later date - using the same process.
