Prior to taking everything apart, I’m instructed to cut mark the triangle portion of the side skin to be trimmed off…what? I had to look ahead to the jump drive plans to see why. The left side stays on to give a little rigidity for the missing baggage door area, but the right side doesn’t need it, so it’s trimmed off. Ok, just wanted to make sure, before I cut off a big chuck of material. The bulk of the work here is just taking everything apart and deburring all the holes and edges as needed. So, it looked like I was making good progress, but now it looks like I haven’t done anything. I completed the countersinking the longerons, making sure to avoid the holes specified in the instructions. Now starting to dimple the skins.
