I received the material for the bar support angle and fabricated a new part (F-1011D)…the right way this time. I match drilled the holes and then removed the top skins. Once the tops skins were removed, I marked the locations where I need to bend/sand a little more to keep from marking the skin. This was only on the F-1008 bulkhead, the others were fine. With the top skins removed I completed match drilling (#12) the shoulder harness anchors. As I drilled each hole, I placed a AN3 bolt to make sure it didn’t slip for the remaining holes.
