Brief Description: Dimples, dimples and more dimples (10-16)
Well, its dimple time. I cleared off the workbenches and set up the c-frame. I had to glue down the carpet, that had come loose on the edges since I last used it. I made sure to tape off all the holes that were exempt from dimples then went to work. I use some ear protection to cut down on the noise, but it is somewhat therapeutic to just dimple. I started with the side skins, but quickly realized that before I could complete them, I would need some assistance. So, I did what I could by myself and moved on to other parts. For the bottom row on the side skins (just before it starts the bend underneath, I was able to place a board (1/2” thick) under the skin to give it a little better angle when tapping with the c-frame (more perpendicular to the surface). The bottom skin was pretty easy.
