Brief Description:  Take it all apart, peel, deburr and back together

Well, it came time to add in the rudder stop skin braces and I figured the blue film may start to impact the hole locations. So, I decided it was time to take it all apart and remove the blue film and finished deburring all the edges. This took a few days, plus over the weekend I flew the RV-12 up to Mackinac Island to see the colors. The colors were nice, but it was crazy windy...especially landing on the island. Anyway, by Wednesday I managed to get it all back together and complete the rudder stop hardware. This first gotcha was not paying attention as to which side was the length measurement. I cut it to the 4-1/8”, then trimmed the angles, but this made the brace too short. I made another one the right length, but I’m guessing I’ll need to order some new angle material. For now there was enough to make another part.
