Spent all day deburring, drilling, deburring and doing some more deburring. Finishing up the edges of the spar caps took a while along with the spar. Once those were complete I assembled the spar cap inside of the flange of the HS-1002 spar and match drilled the webs, took it apart, deburred, re-assembled and match drilled the flange holes, took it apart and deburred the holes. Next step is to match drill all the holes for the brackets. A couple guys stopped over that live just around the corner who are thinking of building a RV-10. It would be nice to have some other builders so close to bounce ideas with. Hopefully the appearance of my garage/workshop didn’t deter them from building.
