Brief Description:  Roll Left Elevator Leading Edge

I gathered various size pipes and clamps and of course duct tape. I laid the elevator on my work bench and taped a 1" pipe the full length of the leading edge. I used two clamps to secure the pipe to the work bench so it would not lift when I rotate the pipe. I next used a pipe wrench and slowly rotated the pipe until I had the leading edge almost perpenticular to the work bench. I removed the pipe and taped a 3/4 inch pipe and continued the roll until the leading edge was vertical. I removed the pipe and flipped the elevator over and did the same thing with the upper leading edge. I had to do the final rolling by hand until I had the rivet holes of both top and bottom skins lined up. I clecoed the leading edge and called it a day.
