Brief Description: Brake LIne Installation to Brake Pedals
DWG 36A shows all the details for installing the PT-062 x 1/4 high pressure poly tube. I started by gathering all the nylon fittings that would be used from the master cylinders to the resorvoir on the firewall. Earlier in the build I had installed the brake fluid reservoir VA-107 with the male nylon tee to the firewall. I installed 2 SB437-4 snap bushings to the F-6118 rudder pedal brace. I made some rough cut lengths of poly tubing and inserted the nut, brass insert and sleeve and hand tightened to the left master cylinder on the pilot's side. I proceeding to install each line as shown in DWG 36A until all the lines were installed. I secured with tie wraps as shown and will tighten all the fittings later. Last I installed the 2 braided lines that run from the left master cylinders to the hard lines on the firewall brake line mount.
