Brief Description: Sub-Panel Bend Line and Priming
The forward fusalage sub-panels have a bend line shown on the DWG 24 drawing. The bend is approximately 8 degrees. I marked the line on all 3 sub-panels and using 2 blocks of wood and my vise I clamped the sub-panel at the line and used a 3rd piece of wood to apply pressure to the panel and make the bend. I did this with all 3 panels. Next,I dimpled the tops of the sub-panels and the 3 forward fusalge ribs including the firewall flanges for AN426AD3 rivets. Last, I cleaned and primed the sub-panels and ribs.
