The flap actuator channel F-766A is secured to the seat floor with the F-758 flap actuator bracket. The bracket is riveted to the channel with AN470AD4-5 rivets. I had previously primed and spray painted all the parts, so they were ready for riveting. I used my pneumatic squeezer to set the 6 rivets. The bracket is secured to the floor with 2 AN515-8R8 screws and the platenuts had been installed earlier. The flap channel side covers F-760 are held in place with screws and K1000-08 platenuts. The flap channel was already machine countersunk for the AN426AD3 rivets. I used my pneumatic squeezer and installed all 8 platenuts. Next I match drilled the F-766C reinforcing plate to the flap channel and riveted it in place. I drilled out the bolt hole to 1/4" final size. Last step I screwed the flap channel to the floor and clamped the upper flap channel attach plate F-767 to both the flap channel and the F-705 horizontal bulkhead. I drilled the attach plate to both the flap channel and the bulkhead. Next time I will finish the flap channel.
