I started today with the removal of the seat brackets and deburred all the holes. I cleaned the four brackets and sprayed them with gray primer and let dry. Next I have to install 8 platenuts to the top of the crotch bracket flanges that will hold the bracket in place using the seat floor. I put the brackets back in place using clecoes and placed the floor in position. I marked where I would need to drill holes through the floor for AN515-8R8 screws. I drilled the 8 holes and deburred. I next used screws to hold the platenuts in place and drilled the holes for the AN426 rivets. I deburred the holes and then countersunk them to the right depth. Next I used my pneumatic rivet squeezer and installed all 8 platenuts. Last job was to rivet the crotch strap brackets to the seat ribs using LP4-3 rivets.
