The f-766C plate that holds the electric flap actuator to the F-766A flap actuator channel is made from AB6-125 x 1 aluminum stock. I marked and cut the material on my band saw and deburred the edges. The plans call for just one reference hole to be drilled now the the other 4 later. I drilled the reference hole to #40 and deburred.
