The F-766B angle that holds the top of the electric flap motor to the actuator channel is made from AA6-125 x 1 x 1 aluminum stock. I marked and cut the angle to rough shape and used my disc sander to make a smooth radius and clean up the edges. I polished the edges further with my scotch brite wheel. Next I drilled the 1/4" holes as shown in DWG 33. The next angle to make is the F-785B which hold the bottom of the actuator channel to the seat floor. This is made from AA^-063 x 3/4 x 3/4 aluminum stock. With that angle made I drilled the 5 holes as called for in DWG 33. F-766D was made from AT6-058 x 3/8" round tubing as a spacer. The last piece to make is F-767 attach plate that holds the top of the actuator channel to the seat back brace. This was made from 0.063 2024-T3 alclad.
