I finished marking the right wing fuel tank attach bracket and will drill the 1/4" hole once the wings are off to make the task a lot easier. I fabbed up a 6" piece of 3/8" aluminum fuel line with the collar and nut and threaded it to the fuel tank with the other end protruding into the fusalage. I made a mark on the fuel line where it enters the fusalage and did the same for the left fuel tank. Later when I fab up the fusalage to tank fuel line I know how long it needs to be. I next supported the wing tips and removed the 4 pins from each wing spar. With the help of my son Reino we removed both wings and put them back on the wing cradle for further wing work. With the wings off I needed to machine countersink the lower fuel tank attach bracket hole for a AN509-10R12 screw. I set the depth of my countersink and did a test on a piece of scrap until I had it right. I countersunk both lower holes on the fusalage.
