Brief Description: Drill and Rivet the Seat Adjustment Supports
The two seat backs are adjustable in the recline mode. The seat back has a flat plate that slips between two other pieces of flat stock that are riveted to the F-705F channel. Earlier I had already drilled and countersunk the the F-705K plate, drilled the F-705L/R shims and drilled the F-705J angle. I also had primed and painted all the pieces. DWG 20 calls for AN426AD3-5 rivets to secure the F-705K plates and F-705L/R shims to the F-705F channel. I clecoed the parts in place. I set up my pneumatic squeezer and installed all 26 AN426 rivets. The F-705J angle is secured to the channel using AN470AD4-5 rivets. Once again I set up my pneumatic squeezer and installed all 18 rivets.
