Brief Description: Fit Control Column and Control Stick Bases
I pulled the WD-610 control column and WD-611/612 control stick bases and related hardware from inventory as called for in DWG 38. I deburred all the mounting holes and checked fit with the related AN hardware. First I installed the rod end bearings M341 4M to the F-665 control column pushrod and set the length at 18 7/8" as called in DWG 38. Next I mounted the WD-610 control column to the F-633-R/L control column mount which was already installed in the quick build kit. Using the specified hardware I installed the two control column stick mounts WD-611/612 to the WD-610 control column. I installed the F-665 control column pushrod and temporarily installed the right control stick F-669. I adjusted the pushrod until both control sticks were parallel with each other. I checked the movement of the control stick assembly for any binding and freedom of movement.
