Brief Description: Fit Heat Baffle to Center Cabin Floor
Access plate F-982E and heat baffle F-982D need to be fit to the F-782C center cabin floor. I deburred all the edges and clecoed the platenuts into position with screws to mke sure the holes lined up. I finish drilled all the platenut holes and then removed the platenuts. Next I countersunk all the hole for AN426 rivets. I cleaned all the parts and sprayed primer and hung them to dry. I found it easier to back rivet the K1000-08 nutplates that I could not reach with my pneumatic squeezer. Using a piece of angle I clamped it to the louvers and bent them out according to DWG 34.
