I am working off of two sets of drawings as I had made the choice to install the 18 gal fuel tank instead of the 12 gal that comes standard on this kit. So I find info on each one for different sections of the wing. The bell crank cover is on the R-80 drawings and the size that is in the drawing is larger then the cover. After talking with Rick from Bushcaddy USA I will stay with the cover included in the kit and reduce the opening size. I have made the opening size 150 mm x 160 mm and place U stringers on the edge of the skin opening and drill three holes along the front edge of the cover and two on the back side of the cover and one in the middle on each side for the nut plates and screws. Deburred top skin and turned over and deburred and ruffed surface with green pad on 4.5 inch grinder, cleaned both skins and primed. Installed strut and jury strut attachment points to front and aft spars. Cut out bottom skin for jury strut attachment PK-356. Rick is making changes to the drawings and instructions on this kit to use one set of drawings for the fuel tank you are installing.
