Brief Description:  Rivet bottom skin

Riveted center section of bottom skin. Cut out aileron hinge pockets on PK-331 and drilled, deburred, primed PK-330 & PK331 and riveted bottom trailing edge. Installed u- stringers on nose ribs. ( The drawing show the two U stringers but they are no longer required by Bushcaddy but after talking to Rick from Bushcaddy USA we agreed there should be one there to hold the nose ribs in place.) I installed the u-stringer inside the ribs so I can also use it for the wire run. Ran corrugated tubing for navigation and strobe lights. There is a top and bottom to the nose skin. Started the nose skin. I ordered the corrugated tubing from Van’s aircraft same as Don. I ordered it on Wednesday and received it on Friday. I looked around for it locally but decided I was using to much gas to look for it. The price was very good as I had looked for it on the internet and found a lot it in all kinds of colors but Van’s still had the best price.
